In theory I'm sure if this thing works properly it would be great. Unfortunately it didn't help. We followed directions to T. Dishwasher with heavy pots and pans, the hottest option. The hottest version of our dishwasher goes up to around 135 or 140, so it needs to be hot enough to melt the wax that seals the liquid inside. FOUR starts of our dishwasher (medium capacity and only two years old) later and no luck. This only made a small amount of progress, just enough for me to use scissors to snip out the rest of the wax so I could spray the liquid down the dishwasher. In the end I had to inject everything myself. It was incredibly disappointing. After all this, he still looked normal. I think we've made as many attempts as can reasonably be expected to obtain the product, so suffice it to say we won't be buying it again.
