I like how easy it is for me as an individual user, or small business owner/manager of my website (or server) - just one click! It's very quick & efficient way check if everything looks fine from security point-of view without having someone else spend time doing this task instead by myself only with few clicks in browser window itself.- Nothing at all so far but there are some minor issues which can be solved easily through FAQ section provided online support team also seems not too active sometimes when questions arises during normal use case scenario:- 1.) Sometimes may take more than 5 minutes before getting response after clicking "Send" button2.). May need better explanation about what each option does3). Not sure why its price tag should go up every year since last 2 years i've been using their service4). Overall good product5.), Easy interface6), Quick delivery7); Free trial version available8)).
