I've been working on video and audio conferencing all day. I was looking for a good mic/headphone in one ear. I had so many! I have learned that price is not an indicator of a good set. The in-ear style hurts and falls out after a while. Dual ear headphone style looks silly on screen I can't hear what's around me and it hurts all day. This does not fit in your ear. It just lies on the outside with a little foam padding, like 1980s-style Walkman headphones. I wear it all day. It does not hurt. The sound is great, both ways. When I get new mics I always call people I know to check the sound. To be honest this is the best I've ever had. The battery never runs out and I use it all day. Note - this is not for practice. It literally rests on the outside of your ear so it moves when you jump. But for walking, talking and working - excellent. t for exercise.
