Great product, easy install. All you need for assembly is a socket wrench with an extension and a 9/16 nut. The only problem was that the instructions that came with it were for installing a front tow hook on a Dodge Ram and not a golf cart. The product came with two brackets, so I tried to install it with the brackets, not realizing that my car had pre-drilled holes to mount the hitch. I had to call a friend who had it installed on his car to have it installed for me. I got lost without proper directions.
