You can pull in data from other applications as well (such as Salesforce). This feature is great when you have to compare multiple sources of information. It's not very good at pulling down social media posts. I would highly recommend using this product if you're looking to manage your competitive analysis. There are so many benefits to AsteroidIQ. It has helped me track our competitors and identify areas of opportunity.
