I wanted this review to get 5 stars and if I had written it within the first hour of receiving it it would have been. Unfortunately, this ring caused an unbearable itching in my nose after just a few hours of wearing it. Thanks for being so damn strong. The first night I couldn't remove it on my own without damaging the piercing. I waited until the next evening when I could ask someone for help. It took two people and two pairs of pliers to get that crap off my nose. After washing, the nose stopped itching, so it went in the trash. I was so lucky to have a ring that actually fit and the difficulty of taking it off would be great for the peace of mind that it wouldn't fall out or get lost. It just didn't work for me.
