This knife is amazing! As a left handed chef, I have struggled with finding a knife that works for me, but this one is a game changer. The unique design of the handle and blade make it comfortable to hold and use, and the sharpness of the blade is unparalleled. As a result of my tests, I determined that this knife cuts through anything with ease. The only downside is that it takes a little getting used to the different design, but once you do, you'll never want to use another knife again. Home and Kitchen approved!
