Rusty steering wheel on arrival!

The goods have arrived safely. The frame is worn inside but I hope we can polish it up. Unfortunately, the steering wheel is rusted (see photo). They were in their factory packaging and it doesn't look like a return that has been resent. Extremely disappointed as I expected this to be a premium bike considering the brand. I will not collect. I have contacted Schwinn about shipping a replacement and will update this review. Terrible experience out of the box. If they let me run I'll go back to Revane and let them get it all back.

Pros

SmartStart technology, this bike is specifically designed for kids with a lighter frame, forward cranks and pedals, a transmission designed for easier starts, a narrower pedal position and a smaller handlebar and seat.
