This is absolute rubbish. Pulled out the old one, put this in. All this after the system has been properly evacuated and all appropriate precautions have been taken during installation. The product expired even before I tried to charge the system. As soon as I started charging the system, r134a came out of the new junk solenoid everywhere. I. Return of this item. I advise you not to waste your time with this cheaper solenoid. Stick to other people's reviews. I ignored the bad reviews and now I have no air conditioning and still have to wait many days for it to be fixed. I ended up putting the old one back in. The old one doesn't expire! Sure it doesn't work properly, but at least it doesn't leak!
