I am very glad I purchased the Shock Doctor ankle sleeve. I've sprained my ankle multiple times over the past 20 years and this is the best thing I've used for both recovery and support during exercise (running, tennis, weightlifting, etc.). The straps are secure and tight and the sleeves are very comfortable (I wear them on the outside of the sock). I also like the white option. The only downside is that the straps seem to be showing some wear and I'm not sure how well they will hold up after a few years of use. safe but also offers good portability and I recommend it to anyone reading this review. It is much less bulky than a traditional bandage and much easier to put on. Shock Doctor makes a range of sleeves with varying levels of support (and thickness), and I recommend trying a few if you need a heavier wrap and can live with the extra bulk.
