Review on Safe and Comfortable Etna Pet Booster Seat for Traveling with Your Furry Friend by Wendy Parks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I can't imagine not having this seat in my car.

I travel a lot, especially with my 7 lb Chihuahua. Before discovering this place, I let him sit in the front seat of the car. He curled up and fell asleep, but if I made a sharp turn or had to hit the brakes, he sagged a bit (never moved, but sagged anyway). I was very concerned about its safety so I started looking online for options and a friend highly recommended this chair. I found the price very suspicious but after a few months of use I'm very glad I bought it. First, the seat is very easy to install. Simply attach the three buckles to the designated points on the seat, tighten, done. A little tip though: when I first installed the seat, I tightened the strap that held the front of the seat in place at what I thought was an acceptable level. However, after I put my dog in, the straps stretched and my dog was quite seated in the seat. Tighten the straps even with the seat folded up. The straps settle after the first ride. My dog loves this seat. He curls up and sleeps during our car rides. He can now also look out the window, which he was not able to do without this seat. My only disappointment is that the sheepskin piece doesn't line the bottom of the seat. It only lines the top 2 or 3 inches inside the seat. However, this is a great product, especially considering the price I paid for this seat (around $17). I highly recommend this children's chair.
