This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! We just got a new house and little did we know that if it rained heavily, my entire basement would be flooded due to the small gap I had under my garage. At first we thought it was a landscaping issue and the fact that we didn't have a french drain in front of the garage so the water could drain and not get into my garage.
