I like that it is easy to use, it's very affordable (for me at least), and it has many payment options that are not available with other sites. There can be some language issues when ordering products or services in foreign languages. Also, sometimes you have to wait for your transaction to go through, which can take up to 2 weeks to process. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to pay for things online. It's great if you're trying to sell something and want to avoid credit card fees. I'm using it to purchase my groceries and have no complaints so far.
