This is the worst vacuum cleaner I've ever bought.

DO NOT BUY! This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever bought! The charger is defective after 6 months. When I called Dyson it took me several hours of troubleshooting to conclude that the charger had failed. I was then told that the warranty doesn't cover the charger, heck it doesn't even cover the battery. DO NOT BUY A VACUUM CLEANER IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE WARRANTY! Yes, and Dyson's customer support is top notch. You can become a great person or you can get an attitude.
