Have you ever slept on pillows that were too high and had unbearable neck pain the next day? That's what it means to use this headrest. If you use it in Herman Miller A size, it just won't fit your head and neck no matter how you try to adjust it. Very disappointed because the build quality seems great, it suits my aeron's material perfectly, but unfortunately it just doesn't suit my body. It keeps my neck and head in the same awkward position that makes my head stick out because of its size so my neck is just killing me after a few hours of use because the chair is more comfortable without it. Such a bummer because it's an expensive item for what it delivers.
