Well made essential accessory for Aeron chairs. Installation was quick and easy. Adjustable positions (tilt up/down, forward/backward) and adjustable tension provide superior neck/headrest support not found in Aeron chairs. Construction, color and materials (carbon and mineral) are exactly and almost identical to the OEM. This headrest accessory has been used on a range of Aeron chairs for many years without issue.

This product is perfect for my Aeron chair. It fits so well that it looks like the original add-on. The fabric and frame of the product are faithfully reproduced in the color of the chair (I have a white chair and I was afraid it wouldn't fit perfectly, but it does). If you have an Aeron, it means you are a smart person who doesn't settle for less than perfection. This product takes the chair to a new level of comfort.

This is an amazing addition to my Aeron chair! The quality is the same as Herman Miller's apart from a couple of silver head screws showing it's almost the same as Herman Miller's. This is by far the best Aeron upgrade you can buy. I've always found the seat backs of the Aerons a bit low and uncomfortable to recline. It solves this problem 100% and almost turns it into a lounge chair.

This item is SO good. It works well and what I got is really high quality. I have adjusted it several times with no problems and it fit my 6ft 2in Aeron Remastered size C perfectly. Of course I made sure to set it nice and centered and not twisted the bolt. No need. Just make it nice and tight, adjust a few times over the next few days to feel it. And so!
