I installed one of these last week. The second time I had to go back to the client site to reboot the router because the WiFi users couldn't connect. Apparently, this is a problem that users have been facing for over a year. I'll be installing the latest firmware tonight but if I ever have to go back this thing is back in the box and back to Revain. The cheap Chinese brand router I bought to replace the RV260W will go back in place and I will refund my buyer for the router and labor. I WILL hold a grudge. There is no excuse for a router with such problems to fail, let alone for it to be shipped from Cisco or any other vendor in such a failed state for so long. Update: I tried to fix the unreliable WiFi by installing new firmware. I don't know if this solved the WiFi issue or not, but it broke my VPN. A few hours later, after unsuccessfully deleting and restoring usergroups, users, and the tunnel, I gave up and went back to borrowing. I ordered a Chinese router as a replacement. Lesson learned.
