I was hoping they would be more like fine mesh "Chinua" screens. You are not. I should have looked at the pictures a little more closely. But they're pretty good, especially for the price. They are made in China. The kind of unusual use I've found for the biggest one is that it's perfect for my pot when I'm cooking pasta to keep the pasta submerged! That in itself is wonderful! But for things like making Greek yogurt, the grid is too big. I just noticed that the same company offers a set of three "extra fine" filters for about the same price. They are conical.
