Inconsistent coloring/does not match paired earring sets

I've shopped a lot at Pandahall for years, but I've been very disappointed. Coloring from one bead to another is quite inconsistent, so I have to use a magnifying glass and carefully study the beads I choose to create, for example, matching earrings. It's very difficult to see at first glance, but it's definitely visible in close-up. I have to spend too much time checking and re-checking color differences and finding the right colors for pairs of earrings. Apart from that, I really like the imitation jade and would easily give it five stars. if the colors match. I'
