Bought the first one caused noticeable hum in the sub. Returned to Revine and got another. The second only had a faint hum when I tested it I will run it along the intended route to see if it gets better or worse A slight hum is the best you can expect from a 50ft cable Update 10/14/2020: Got yesterday I'm watching some scenes from an action movie with the subwoofer being pulled out of a 50ft cable Too much noise to ignore It's ok for the subwoofer to be in the front corner of the room but this one is located To the left of the sofa in front of the TV.The hum is loud enough when I sit in the middle of the sofa.I'm not a music lover, nor am I particularly picky.I just like to watch action movies once in a while.Unplugged the cord and I'm sorry nd switched the sub back to the HF adapter.
