This mold is great for CP soap. There are no problems unpacking. The outer surfaces of the soap are smooth and the details are well defined. I used a mostly softened butter recipe and poured in a medium to thick gauge to allow for good taping technique. It worked like a dream. So far I've used this mold about 4 times and gotten the gel through the CPOP method each time with no problems. Using airplane soap (no swirl; one color) I hand painted details like the headlights with mica and that really makes the soap very attractive.
