Review on 🔍 Seachem Matrix Carbon 100ml: Superior Activated Carbon for Optimal Filtration by Jessica Thomas

I'm new to the hobby (about 2 years) and have used this and Chemi Pure Elite. I prefer this product because it rinses off very quickly with water compared to Chemi Pure Elite which never rinses off completely. My nitrate levels remain very low (at or near undetectable with the Red Sea Nitrate Pro test kit) and I've personally never seen a significant drop in phosphate with Chemi Pure Elite (should help with phosphate as well). I also prefer this bag to the Elite Chemi Pure bag, it seems to be of a higher quality. I had a dry cleaned elite bag and was pumping coal all over the tank. It's rated for up to 40 gallons, but I'm using it in a 24-gallon saltwater tank (hope that's ok).
