I figured for $600-$700 bucks I'd get quality. It's a beautiful machine - it can fool you. Mine became a paperweight after a year (Model H-AI, not this). You can't use it with beets - even if you cut them into quarters, they're too hard - they bent the screen! It's slow, it's very hard to clean, and way, way overpriced. I gave mine to Goodwill - maybe someone can fix the power, which also went out. Needs a massive engineering fix. I replaced mine with a Breville @ $99 from BB, and the thing is a beast.
