Review on National 710598 Oil Seal by Boondo Viswanathan

I originally installed the axle gasket on the driver's side, but after a month or two it started leaking again. It's quite a lot of work, ball joints can get damaged and then mostly wheel alignment is required, so I wasn't happy. Went online only to find out that this is a common occurrence when replacing an OEM with another OEM. They said to go with Timkin. So I bought the recommended Timkin only to find it didn't fit. In any case, this state seal is made of metal and has very good sealing properties. Time will tell, but it's stuck and not leaking yet.
