but I think my points may be helpful. I'm a coffee snob

I've never made this before - checked out what I don't want to use but thought my points might be helpful. I'm a coffee snob. I tried several devices to make a cup of coffee in the office. The Aeropress, which resembles the Cafflano Compact, was assembled from many parts. I walked into the office break room with a bag full of stuff. Not worth the trouble. I thought Cafflano Compact might be a better choice. One of the main reasons I didn't even bother using it was the poor instructions and no instructions on the Cafflano website for this device. You have to go to YouTube for information. For a $66 device that brews one cup of coffee, I find that unacceptable. No grinding degree recommendation. And you should provide approximate measurements in tablespoons and cups. I don't wear a scale to work. After inspecting the device, the bellows hold the ground. I could not find any information on how easy the cleaning would be. It's all plastic and I assume the bellows are silicone. I'm used to stainless steel or glass which I prefer. The lack of instructions, the difficulty in finding adequate instructions, irritated even me trying to do this. I used to have to change the Aeropress once a year because of cracks in the plastic. It would be expensive to replace if the same were true. It's not perfect, but it's a lot easier for me to make coffee at home and bring it with me in a travel mug. The search for an easy way to make good coffee in the office continues. For me, this device is not worth 66 euros.
