Well I would have agreed with all those one and two star reviews at first but I kept trying because the concept is solid and the idea behind the product is logical but here's the thing if you want a linear Having a blockage instead of a clogged toilet. then this won't work well, but if you have a clogged toilet it should work fine. Here's the deal we bought our first house last Christmas and the toilets never worked properly always clogged up and leaking a lot then we got a monster blockage and we had to call a plumber but thought I'd give it a try but it looks like our problem was that the line was clogged so it didn't clear completely no matter how deep we dived. It was enough to work temporarily so we had a massive blockage on the line and I tried and at first they let me down and then a bit of success and then they scored their work, then they scored and I gave up until I didn't try the next day Again we have three bathrooms so I only rented one but even they never worked great. After two days of switching between this and a plunger and limited temporary success, I flushed and filled the bowl and I bled this unit a few more times, and then suddenly it was free. For the first time since we bought this house the toilet made a whirl and whistle of air with water, you could actually hear it sucking air along with water for the first time so someone threw in something they didn't have should toilet. Toilet before we bought the house and we had to constantly dip no matter who had pot number two it was rare to have three people in three bathrooms constantly dip but since I did that with this and the roto rooter piston together for We haven't had to flood any of the bathrooms in weeks, it's amazing the main bathroom toilet is completely clog free now that all three bathrooms are working better than ever better than new I mean yeah it took a few days for this and the plunger but in the end it cleaned the toilet and mains in all the bathrooms even our sinks and tubs drain and work better now we bought great plumbing and a perfect flush toilet. All three bathrooms are on different levels and are cut in. He no longer needs to dive and it's awesome, we love it. So if you don't succeed first you may have a main restricted or clogged and its not a toilet that is clogged and if you keep working like me and I had a very bad main clog and after a lot of work this worked hopefully it works too for her. All I know is that none of our toilets have clogged for either of us since I got this working for the main bathroom, but it also made the other two toilets in the bathroom work better although I've never used it in them, so how is it that for a good product?
