I have an ear that loves to get mad about the growths that come in from time to time and they have worked so well. Just dip the white part in for a few seconds, gently slip it through your ear and bam, you've got pierced holes free of dead skin cells. If you have a small pierced hole I may not recommend them to you. Dipping your piercing in alcohol and putting it back in the hole should be enough to clean and clean each hole. I used to have small holes in my ears which I reduced to a normal size and they got a little bigger than usual.
