We tried to use it as a top fan that sucks air. The problem is that the head of the mounting screws is 0.1mm within the actual size of the screw hole. So when you tighten the screws, they just fall off with the screws and nothing is holding the fan. Why not include 3 cents? Washers to prevent this? OR BETTER make the head of the mounting screws slightly larger in DIA than the HOLES they are attached to. Such a waste of effort, time, money and I will never get those 17-19 minutes back, EVER! Also, 25mm is too thick, 20mm should be federal law.
