These pads seem to work on my Revenge black anodized rims. I gave them the correct orientation when installing them but they just creaked and didn't hold up well. I decided to run them parallel to the braking surface for more contact. They grip much better, and the minima creak. I rode them for 3 weeks or so. Now they seem to have gotten used to it and are starting to creak a little here and there. You can now try to press them as usual. In any case, they are much better than the gray pads that came with my Fit Mac.
