I made this into hot cocoa for afternoon tea by mixing it with hot oolong tea (love the added health benefits of oolong and it acts as a neutral base). I didn't realize a serving was 2 scoops, so I just used 1; So the cocoa flavor was a bit weak, but the sweetness was just right. I'm afraid it might be too sweet, but I prefer things that are less sweet than most people. I'm sure the cocoa flavor would have been stronger with 2 scoops, but I was happy with one. I will try it in coffee next time. Update: I tried 1 scoop in coffee and the flavor and sweetness was spot on. I also tried mixing it with cold almond milk in a shaker and it mixed well with no lumps. I still prefer one scoop for every 12 ounces of liquid; 2 balls were too sweet for me. I have to say I appreciate the packaging Left Coast Performance uses for their 2lb cans. They really fit on my shelf! I've used other bone broth powders that used huge canisters that held a lot of air and didn't fit in my cupboard. They fit better and use less plastic.
