I'll give this splashproof jacket a 3 for the leaky wrist seals. After using this jacket while kayaking, my shirt underneath was soaked to the elbows after several hours of paddling. I tightened the velcro straps as tight as I could, but they start to leak if you raise your arm above the elbow while paddling. In other areas I would rate the jacket a 4 or 5. The material is comfortable and breathable. It has good pockets and is comfortable. I assume that as long as your arms don't go past your elbows, you're completely dry for other sports. I sent the jacket back as I couldn't keep water from getting on my hands. If they could "redesign" the wrist cuffs to prevent leakage I would rate them 5 stars.
