After trying this product I must say that Im very disappointed. Being a regular customer for Pet Supplies, I was excited to get this cooling system for my aquarium .Sadly, I found it to be unreliable and inefficient. The setup process was complicated, and the results were very poor - the system barely affected the temperature of the water. The only good thing about this product was its LOW price point. However, that hardly makes up for the lack of quality and effectiveness..
