I thought switching between speakers and devices without an active mixer is what a lot of people need today, so it seemed crazy that an electronic component like this didn't have more choices on the market . I couldn't even find the most expensive option while looking for one that works really well. The few I could find are cheaply made, rattle when shifting, rattle at the slightest touch. It's all just cheap no matter who made it or where it came from. Sent them back immediately until I decided to use the crappy one for a while but got sick of it barely triggering a touch which could seriously damage the speakers. But now I've found this tough little thing and I'm ready. I will order a few. Robust metal housing, handle and keys that don't wobble, pure functionality. It just works. The connections are reversible, allowing you to switch either between components of the same speaker set or between speakers of the same component. good to go Look no further.
