I'm 5'4 and about 170 when I bought them. I bought a large and they fit great. Abdominal control is excellent. I've had them for about 3 months and wear them to the gym. I can confirm that they don't roll down even when twisted or bent at the waist. I have more on my list, I'm hoping to get one for Christmas. Even when I lose weight they work well as they are stretchy enough not to lift.
