This product is easy to breed and all cats love it. It also seems to have helped the two long-haired guys who have so many hairball problems. The reason I only give 4 stars is because it seems a bit wasteful. It only grows once, even if I take it from the cats to regenerate. The culms became greener, but not larger. I don't want to keep ordering this and throwing away the plastic containers and all the packaging that they come in every time. I try to reduce plastic waste. I wrote to the seller to ask if they sell refills but as far as I know I have not received a reply. The small containers are easily inverted even by enthusiastic kittens and the growing medium is scattered throughout. It's not really a problem considering her play area has to be constantly vacuumed with all the little pieces of cardboard of her prickly stuff, though. I think next time I'll try to buy seeds and plant them in bigger containers. If they don't like it either, I can buy them again.
