Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

Pros below:
I bought it recently, cold, there is no bottleneck as a gift for my 2080 ti, you can see comparisons on YouTube. the price quality is generally excellent, especially when the processors from amd took off.
Some cons:
new percent new mother, minus 10k although there are budget ones, but I had to buy a normal one so that the 3200 oz would start.
