So this chair is easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the first time I turned on the lowering cylinder, it didn't come back. In this case, the small orange plastic button on top of the cylinder can be pulled out with pliers. The orange knob is too thick for the top of the cylinder and doesn't move freely. After removing the knob and shaving it until it goes in and out, the chair works as it should. Seems comfortable and sits much higher in the seat than our old one. I like the design and the initial feel. Will be updated in a few miles and recommended with long term comfort (and durability).
