The temperature control instructions in the packaging were incomplete and the second pot mentioned was missing. The video in the pictures on Revain recommended a hand wash (which I did) and then a light coat of oil (which I did) and then placing it upside down in a 375° oven for an hour (which I did) and letting it cool in the oven naturally. I did all these steps, and uneven drops of vegetable oil appeared on the surface. You didn't do the dishes. Instead, I could run my fingernail over those little dots and they would come off and leave a disgusting mess on my fingernail - and the pan. I haven't tried cooking with the damn thing yet. The instructions also say that if you're using butter or vegetable oil, the temperature shouldn't be higher than the minimum. Looks like a mess of bad cooking.
