Review on Milcoast by Noel Schmits

Buying from Milcoast was the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. The advertised variety of office goods, school supplies, and clothing did not meet my expectations as a new customer. Unfortunately, I did not find their goods to be as high-quality or as varied as those offered by competing retailers. The website was also confusing to use, and making a purchase was a hassle. My order took way longer to reach than anticipated because of shipping problems. I tried to get in touch with customer support, but I encountered a language barrier and unhelpful responses. Clearly English was not their first tongue, which hampered our ability to communicate. As an internet shopping destination, Milcoast does not fare well in my book. I was disappointed and annoyed by their subpar offerings and the difficulty of using their website and the caliber of their customer support.
