I am buying a second collar. I have 4 small rescue dogs Dachshund Mix. The collar is 100% effective on one dog and 80% effective on another dog. I bought a remote controlled vibration collar but found out the difference between a training collar and a bark collar the hard way. I kept the training collar because I will be using it, but I needed a second collar. The vibration is absolutely suitable for my small dogs. The vibration of the training collar is stronger, almost too much. My only criticism of this collar is that it is not USB rechargeable and you have to buy expensive name brand batteries. I take the collar off very carefully when it's not on the dog. Batteries really do last for months. I probably need twice a year.
