Simple and Useful Remedy for Teeth Grinding and Snoring
My husband and I use this mouth guard to eliminate teeth grinding and help with snoring and sleep apnea. The way it is carried pushes the lower jaw slightly forward, opening the throat and preventing snoring. We both tried simulated teeth grinding and found it too complicated and more painful than good. Although this product has a short adjustment period, there is hardly any irritation after adjustment and it is easy to clean with denture cleaning capsules.
