do not hold! I really liked this faucet as it goes very well with our vanity faucet as if it came as a set. However, it was installed twice by a professional plumber and then once again by our contractor. It won't be tight! It seems fine for a few days and then weakens so much that you can't turn it on and off without it shaking. I put it on twice myself, and after a few days it loosened again. I don't know if the washer is missing somewhere because I no longer have the instructions, but the first plumber had the instructions and didn't tell me anything was missing. We've only been using it for 5 months and I'm willing to replace it if I can't get it to stay in place!
