After receiving it he worked for the most part. Sometimes I didn't want to work. Decided it was user error. So I would open up. Take out the capsule. Reset it and everything will work. And the coffee was amazing! But. . 4 weeks later. Nothing. Insert capsule. AND…. button does NOTHING. turned it off leave me alone Turned it back on. Still. Nothing. Contacted Amazon. They put me in touch with the seller. . I hope they send me a replacement. . Nespresso customer service could NOT be contacted to inquire about the warranty. Revine even tried it for me and - no answer. So…. I'm using my 10 year old filter coffee maker again. Pretty expensive piece of crapEdit to add. The seller to me to contact Revain. Refused to send a replacement.
