Is he smaller than expected and where is his hair?
This little Halloween guy is a bit pricey for his size. The description says 18 inches, but it's only almost 18 inches when he lifts his head, which is only for a short time... Also, the picture shows a guy with hair. The one I got was bald! Lol the question is where is his hair? It requires 3 AA batteries (not included). With no volume control, it's very loud. It would be nice if it was a little quieter or if it had a volume control. He's a cool guy, he just has a few minor flaws and I wish he was a little taller.
