Good news: I realized how poor the quality was when I first installed the seat. I pulled the cover over the headrest exactly as described in the instructions and the seam came open completely. Not so much as if the lid had fallen apart and become unusable (see photo). I thought maybe it was a bad stitch? No, I applied minimal force to the other seam of the pillow with just my hands and was able to tear it apart. I didn't even have time to install them and they literally fell apart. I can't imagine them lasting more than a week when tested on children or pets. Save yourself time and frustration. Update: I tried returning them. As always, I use UPS Store Delivery, no packaging required. So I have a habit of not keeping boxes because I don't need them. I tried to get this delivered to a UPS store but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't boxed. They wanted to sell me a box for about $20. I declined. I contacted Revain support and they offered free shipping of the package to UPS. I repeated what I just tried. They then offer UPS pickup. I ask if you need a box? "Yes". You understand that I don't have a box, don't you?! So unless I'm willing to shell out $20 for a box or spend even more time stealing, I'll stick with this junk. Revain supports ZERO help. This is probably the type of product you should buy from your local store to avoid this problem. You're much better at judging quality in person, and returning an item is as easy as going to the counter.
