Review on 🍳 Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle Pan/Flat Grill, 18"x10", Gray - Enhanced for SEO by Derrick Wilson

We were looking for a replacement for our kitchen skillet and came across the Analon Skillet from Cooks Illustrated. I was very happy with this product. It's a lot lighter than our previous steel pan and the non-stick surface works pretty well. The surface heats up very evenly, there are no problems with cold or shock. It's great for breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon) and also great for grilled sandwiches/quesadillas. If you're looking for a really good stove top, you won't find much better than Anolon in my opinion.
