I had a kitten with excessive meowing. I suspect he was separated from his parents too soon, but he had two owners before he came to me, so who knows. I got this as a calming vest. I accidentally ordered a medium size instead of a small but gave it a try anyway as the waist belt was wide and secured with velcro so it wrapped tightly. Didn't help with his meowing. He still needed the human mother who was there all along. Decided not to order a small one. I requested a return through the carrier and they only refunded my money and didn't force me to return the product. He will be donated.
