Review on ScorpionEXO EXO-AT950 Shield (Silver Mirror) by Adam Jauregui

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It just looks great.

This instantly makes my AT-950 so much better. The only problem was visibility when driving at night. If you're driving through town, it's not bad at all. This only slightly restricts driving in completely black places, such as country roads or forests. Because it's tinted and looks exactly how I originally wanted it, it works great without changing guards. I really didn't give it a perfect 5 stars just for two small touches. Maybe I'm just being picky - the first complaint just makes the second one harder to justify I guess. Well, first of all, it's expensive. Yes, I'm not sorry to trade in for a piece of tinted transparent plastic. I noticed this sign a few months before I bought it. It took me a while to convince myself to pay money. The lack of unlimited funds does this. The second thing you'll notice is that for some reason they decided to mold the name/model number and warning right onto the front of the tag. It's not big, but I don't understand why it's there if the original clear sign doesn't have those stupid stamped letters. Well here you are if you really want to upgrade your AT-950. When shopping for your next helmet, keep an eye on replacement visor prices. I know I will, but because I love my AT-950 I can just send Scorpion an angry email, get no response and keep buying their products.
