Review on Accusharp 066C Knife Sharpener Piece by Ralph Gerry

I have been using these sharpeners for many years and have never had a complaint. Knife snobs will always criticize AccuSharp for removing too much steel, or not allowing for multiple angles, or some other lame excuse. Bottom line, AccuSharp sharpens my knife or ax very quickly! I don't have time to set up a complicated sharpener or run my blades across a dizzying array of rocks, straps, or string. I'm just guessing that the same people who spend all of their time sharpening their knives are the ones who use them the least. Heck, I can use and abuse my knives and they'll be sharp again in a minute! I have AccuSharp in every car, kitchen drawer and garage. And I would never go camping without him. If you want your knives to stay sharp, spend some money and get AccuSharp.
