EDIT: I'll update my review. As soon as my first review was posted I was contacted by a company wanting to fix things. As I said initially, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the brushes themselves, just a personal preference that I wanted the bristles to be a bit stiffer. I repeated this to Hannah but she still insisted that they refund my money. Excellent customer service! For that I am adding another star, I love the idea of these toothbrushes! But the bristles are too soft. I always use soft toothbrushes so I assumed they were the same, but they are exceptionally soft. It almost doesn't feel like they really clean my teeth enough. I may have to see if they are available on Medium.
